Bell Institute of Health and Nutrition | General Mills Yogurt Toolkit
One of several educational tool kits designed for General Mills, each created to engage students, school cafeteria employees, and nutrition educators. This one focuses on the nutritional benefits of yogurt.
Working closely with General Mills dietitians, I led concept development, visual strategy, and design for the tool kits to ensure clarity, engagement, and educational impact across diverse audiences — students, school cafeteria employees, and educators.
The kit includes a gusseted 9" x 12" folder with pocket and a 0.375" spine, printed 4/4 with an inline varnish for added durability and appeal. Inside are 8.5" x 11" insert sheets featuring educational content, interactive activities, and a certificate of completion for administrators to fill out and sign once participants complete the guided instruction.
Separate insert sheets, provided only to administrators, included activity answer keys and supplemental guidance.
A custom PowerPoint presentation complements the print materials, using consistent graphics and embedded presenter notes to support easy facilitation.
Kits were fully assembled, stuffed, and individually shrink-wrapped for delivery.
